Posh frock underwear

Hi all, slight sos here!

I have a posh do coming up in December and the dress I have for it has a deep v at the back. Under normal posh frock circumstances I would turn to my trusty up to the boob spanks however, these would be visible with this dress. Does anyone have any solutions that may have passed me by?

Is there a 'problem area' you need to address?

It’s only really some untoned stomach I need to hold in. The rest I can manage 😂 those look like they might work though @BlackSwan - I’d prefer without legs but at least I know something exists that would help!

How would you go to the loo wearing that?

It says something about an ‘easy access gusset’ but what that is they leave up to the imagination lol
