White spot on lash line

I’ve got three tiny white spots spread over my upper lash line, almost like tiny grains of rice. Had them for a while. Has anyone successfully got rid of these? I’m currently trying rubbing them with 2% salicylic acid on a Q-tip every night, but hasn’t made any difference so far. Could not bear to squeeze them - way too sensitive an area.

Are they on the wet line / rim?

No, other side of lashes, into lid. They look like milia to me. Just in a very awkward place.

Sounds like milia that need to be poked with a sterilised needle.

I had a couple of these (milia) on my eyelid too… I poked at them with a sterilised needle then squeezed them out pretty easily with no problems at all. DD has them but I obvs wouldn’t try that on her so am just hoping they’ll go away on their own!

Bit worried about poking a needle that near my eyeball.

Have you been using any eyelash serum ? I find I get these when I use it .
