Talk to me about the fit and comfort! I have my eye on these:

I was going to get some DM Chelsea boots but I really love the look of these. Would the lightning bolt get on my nerves though?! They don't seem to do one without!

Alternatively please recommend your super-comfy chunkyish Chelsea boots...I tried some on in a little boutique the other day that looked gorgeous, but the part of the sole where the ball of my foot hit felt like it was made from wood 😳 I need more bounce!

The lightning bolt is a bit naff IMO
The Trail and Yaline are nicer

@KirstenBlest I know, I can't quite make up my mind about the lightning bolt...is it pleasantly 80s?! Or just a tiny bit cheap-looking?...

The Yaline is too tall, I think, and I don't like the Trail (I think the flame is much naffer than the bolt!)

I might email them to ask about ease of returns and take it from there..

These boots are gorgeous. Love the lightning bolt. Not naff at all imo, but fun.

I can’t help with the fit I’m afraid as I’ve not come across the brand before. I would certainly give them a try though!

After listing after the esska for years I finically ordered the heeled lightening bolt ones for nights out- I can’t even get them on they’re so narrow. I should caveat this by saying I do have hobbit feet/candles so this isn’t that unusual for me. But weirdly They also smelt AWFUL. So so awful. . So disappointing . They are going back today

Agh @Kenworthington that IS disappointing!! What did they smell of, dare I ask?!...

@Laquila I don’t know- something chemically?? Solvent perhaps??
