Cheese and wine evening

Been invited to a cheese and wine evening next month. I'm thinking lace cami , skinny ankle grazer jeans and a blazer, how does this sound or should I go dressier?

I had a cheese course at a lovely French restaurant a couple of years ago and they served it with truffle honey.

I love it.

I hadn't tried anything truffle before and I have to admit it went lovely with the cheese.

I love this Time of year and all the truffle flavour cheese and crisp etc come out

I also think it's an evening about cheese, not about clothes. Nice jeans, slightly posh sweater...sorted.

I'm not sure what cheeses are going to be put out as that's being left to our hosts but think we will take a nice red wine 🍷 that's DHs forte! Personally i just eat the cheese and drink whatever is passed to me 😅 just as long as I don't get it down my top!!

I love cheese and wine but they idea of sharing cheese with a group of people is mildly off-putting.How does one do a covid safe cheese and wine?

It depends on where it is. If in someone’s house I’d not wish to keep my jacket on all night.
