Farfetch customer service

I ordered a Gucci belt via farfetch. The belt doesn’t fit and I want to return. I tried to book a return slot on line, but none available. I emailed farfetch and they replied to say they would get back to me. 10 days on snd I’ve still got no returns method. I’ve emailed several more times and I phoned and had the rudest customer service agent who actually raised her voice to me. I just want to return my item and she kept saying “we need to hear back from Gucci” despite me having bought and paid farfetch.

I have to say the experience has been dreadful and I’m getting anxious now about getting a refund. Has anyone had any similar experiences or advice?

I had a similar experience. Bought a bag on Black Friday, they sent the wrong one but refused to exchange it and instead were insisting I’d have to return it and then buy it again and by that point it was on longer on sale.

Eventually by posting on Twitter they gave in so social media might be worth a go
