I ordered a Gucci belt via farfetch. The belt doesn’t fit and I want to return. I tried to book a return slot on line, but none available. I emailed farfetch and they replied to say they would get back to me. 10 days on snd I’ve still got no returns method. I’ve emailed several more times and I phoned and had the rudest customer service agent who actually raised her voice to me. I just want to return my item and she kept saying “we need to hear back from Gucci” despite me having bought and paid farfetch.
I have to say the experience has been dreadful and I’m getting anxious now about getting a refund. Has anyone had any similar experiences or advice?
