Blusher recommendations?

Hello ladies in my phone. I need a new blusher if perhaps a better way to apply it. I'm late 40s and can't seem to brighten my face the same way as I used to with a sweep over my cheekbones.
Any recommendations or tutorials? Thanks 🙏

Nars liquid blush (I use shade Luster) is gorgeous, it blends so lovely so it's pretty fool proof. You can put just one pump on the back of your hand and apple with your fingers, beauty blender or brush.

Clinique sunset glow . Doesn’t look like much but it’s one I always come back to

There are LOADS of videos on YouTube for older women regarding the best way to apply blush. Wayne Goss has several, I believe.

I tend to do the “smile and apply it to the apples of my cheeks” thing - this looks more natural on me than trying for cheekbones. My regular blusher is benefits benetint, but I sometimes use a Bobbi brown powder .

@Aquamarine1029 I don't want to be an older woman 😭😭but will check Wayne out thank you!

Glossier cloud paint and apply higher up and further back, so on your cheekbones under the outer corner of the eyes and up toward the temples and maybe a tiny touch on the bridge of the nose.

Hourglass mood exposure.

Blusher is my most important makeup item and I haven't found better than this.
It lifts and glows but isn't sparkly.

Daniel Sandler water colour blusher is nice but also collection 2000 in I think pink cloud is great and rivals more expensive brands.

I know it's hard to get hold of by Becca's Snapdragon is lovely. I use a Real Techniques blush brush up higher than the apples of cheeks and further back. I've also got Blushed Cherry in this little pot in my handbag that I use for quick touch up of lips and cheeks and really love it www.superdrug.com/Make-Up/Face/Blusher/Planet-Revolution-The-Colour-Pot-Blushed-Cherry/p/809433
