At home gel/dip powder nails - any experts?

Hello, I hope someone can help advise me on how to go about doing my mum's nails at home.

She is super low maintenance but does like well groomed nails. She would have neutral shades and the main thing is that she definitely won't do any upkeep so I can just do it for her when I see her. She won't mind having a few chips and regrowth in between and would probably take it off herself if I bagged her.

To make the cost worth it I'll do my own as well.

So my questions are: anyone have any recommended products? Any tips? What's the easiest? Is there a reliable budget brand? When you use dip powder, do you cure it with an led lamp afterwards?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Have you looked at sistaco? I've got their nail systems and I'm really impressed. The do have quite sparkly colours, but a huge range. The do classic colours too but I admit to liking the glitter.

It's easy. Base coat, lamp, apply powder the topcoat and cure. I did these rose gold nails in about 15 minutes. ~~excuse the red cuticles, I'm a nail picker and trying to reform!~~
