Has anyone been able to get in touch with with Heist customer service recently? I placed an order for next day delivery on 16th October. Have received nothing to date. I emailed their "support" mid-last week to ask for an update - no reply. Messaged today via facebook - nothing. Has anyone else placed an order with them recently and actually received anything???
