Duvet coats

Has anyone managed to find a duvet coat that pulls in at the waist? Or is more flattering, I love them but look too shapeless and fat

Someone on here posted about buying the sweaty Betty nimbus coat. That has an optional belt with it.

That is lovely but very pricey thank you though
