Flattering Puffer Coat

Are there any puffer coats that look good on? Which ones do you all have?

Both mine are from Schneider. A navy pea-coat I wear year round and a marron heavy duty parka for really cold weather. Classic, but spendy. They go in the washing machine though.

Didriksons, light, fluffy and waterproof

I’ve got a lovely one from Embassy of Bricks and Logs (don’t ask me why they’re called that). It’s a vegan brand based in Germany (they don’t use down fill). It’s an ovoid sort of shape very oversized, calf length, slouchy and a good colour on me - I always get compliments on it. It suits me but I’m tall (5 ft 10) and slim which I think the oversized stuff makes it easier to wear - it would drown someone shorter.

I’m not sure if it’s ‘flattering’ in the sense that it doesn’t show off my figure, but it looks good. I’ve seen belted styles and more fitted styles which suit different heights and body shapes and are arguably more ‘flattering’.

Mine is in blue. If you’re avoiding down I also recommend Save the Duck and Noize. They both do non down puffers and other styles like parkas.

I’ve just bought this from French Connection. It’s lovely and warm and the bright red/orange lining is gorgeous. Beautiful big hood which looks great down or up. I love it.

I've got a long one from Holland Cooper and love it. I'm nearly 6' and it's flattering abs lightweight but really warm.
