Blazer is just a single breasted one, can be found anywhere, it's very Max Mara in colour but probably somewhere like Arket will have similar.

For the leather look high waisted trousers

I should think that'll the photo the woman is wearing genuine leather trousers which are expensive. If it's the leather look as well as the visible button fly, google that! I found some for £9.99 in Very. Not as nice but similar.

And add cashmere ( or similar) cream jumper and an oversized blazer, everyone does these.
