What do you think of these boots?

They're not to my taste.
I don't like the huge sole. Looks like block of wood to my eyes.
The actual boot minus the sole is nice but I also don't like the colour.

They somehow miss the mark for me

The colour is horrible, like unidentifiable sludge.

They are ok with the right outfit I suppose.

I love the style. My screen tends to distort colour . Are they brown?

I really dislike boots with laces and a zip. Just decide what you are!

The colour is a bit sludgy as another poster pointed out and I also don't like the top of the foot bit.

I think you could find better.

I do agree that DMs do better versions of this style though if you like them and can afford them. ASOS also has similar styles that are more affordable.

I wouldn't wear them myself but I do like them, kind of cool.

They look like some odd attempt to copy DMs by somewhere like M&S. They just seem to miss the mark a bit.

I don't like the colour and I would automatically discount the shape as it looks like you need narrow feet and slim calves for them.
If you think they would suit you and like the colour go for it.

In principle I love them, a chunky brown boot (with easy access zip as well as laces) floral maxi dress is my idea of easy Autumn style - you can switch tights to leggings when it gets colder, add a thin jumper/turtle neck under the dress and a long chunky cardi over the dress!😻
The only thing I am not sure about is the ridge around the shoe part of the boot and the narrowness. But that's because I have wide feet and would go for a more rounded shape.
They may well be the sort of boots that will look better the more worn in/out (?🤔) they become.
As always, if you love 'em then get/keep them!

I quite like them. I generally like brown flat lace up boots. But not sure about the ridge around the front of the upper, and don;t love the colour. But I'd give them a positive glance if someone walked past in the street wearing them.

I agree with secretbookcase. I love a chunky boot but the ridge and colour would mean I wouldn't choose them for myself.
