Pantene Menopause shampoo - any good?

I have such dry and thin hair since peri kicked in. Has anyone tried this and is it any good?

I haven't tried the specific one, but generally Pantene isn't all that great.

I am though peri at 38 and struggling with hair thinning on the top, and have found a great combo so thought it would be helpful to share - the Ultimate Blends watermelon & pomegranate plumping shampoo (also a hair mask which I use a couple of times a week on the ends).

Then I use Nioxin 3d styling thickening spray (bought on Amazon). This combo has genuinely made a massive difference to my hair.

I also use some coloured dry shampoo on the top just to cover the worst patch as it's really visible on Teams when I'm in meetings, but that is coverage rather than thickening.
