I've always had dark circles under my eyes. As you can see, they are awful. I've always just used Estée Lauder double wear foundation just to cover my face which generally blends them in okay. However the rest of my skin isn't too bad. What should I really be using? Should I be wearing a concealer under my foundation? I don't want any of the darkness showing 🙈 sorry I'm clueless
