Other Stories sizing

Looking for some experience of Other Stories sizing, particularly for knitwear? I've ordered from them a couple of times before and have ended up sending everything back as I haven't managed to get the right size. I'm a size 8-10 (usually more or an 8 but carrying some lockdown and baby weight at the moment) and I've had things in XS that have been tiny and things in S that have been enormous. Any advice appreciated! I wish they had reviews on their website

I find jersey tops and dresses, for example, true to size, but I size up with knitwear, depending on the fit/style.

They generally run small in my experience.

Also remember a lot of knitwear at the moment is deliberately oversized!

They have three 'Ateliers', Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles. Under items it usually says designed in France or similar. The Paris atelier items come up small to tiny. Stockholm is usually purposefully oversized but also runs big so one or two sizes too big depending on preference and height. Los Angeles is somewhere in between but I can't ever get on with the fit of those items so just avoid it altogether so can't really say for certain. The items that aren't marked as from an Atelier can vary a lot. IME they're part of the atelier designs but just aren't marked for whatever reason so it can be one of three sizings.

I adore their cardigans, and I have a tiny frame. They are on the larger size of S.

@stickybear, how did the S work for you?

I find everything oversized except one midi style body on dress I had to get a 14 in (am normally 10-12).
