Can anyone recommend what to do about undereye milia? Cut back on an eye treatment i was going overboard with and now don't feel like I'm moisturising under my eyes enough..rock and a hard place! Read about using a needle to get rid but the skin is so delicate seems a bit harsh? Driving me mad so any help will be so gratefully received :)

I’ve removed with a needle - small hole on one side and gently push out from the other side. It wasn’t painful and healed v quickly.

I’ve removed with a needle and it was fine. You can also get it done at a beauticians - go somewhere you trust though. I went to a medi-spa place and they did mine when I had a facial. Long term, glycolic acid has massively improved mine.

Try a chemical exfoliant I would try the cosrx aha and bha toner. My understanding is that a milia is a build up of dead skin that get trapped so an aha should work but you will have to be careful and repair the skin after exfoliating. Maybe it’s best to go and see a professional. Honestly if you try with a needle the potential scar is going to be way worse than the milia.

I've done the sterilised needle method a few times. Generally has worked although a few times it didn't - must have poked in wrong place.
Obviously be super careful near your eyes.
I didn't remove all of mine but just removing a few seemed to make a nice difference.

I do a warm flannel and sterilised needle method. Wrap your fingers in tissue.

Glycolic acid (nothing fancy just Superdrug toner) got rid of one on my eyelid in about a week
