Lash lift gone wrong

Went to my normal salon this morning to get a lash lift and tint. Have had it done before with no problems but today my bottom lashes escaped being held down and got permed too.

The beautician tried to get them flat but had to stop as my eyes were getting really irritated. Other than holding a damp cotton pad to them is there anything else I could do?

It’s not even that they look utterly frazzled, some are now sticking me in the eye!

Oh dear, that's not good. I've always been told getting them wet will stop it setting so damp cotton wool pad as you say might help. Think I'd be tempted to fill the sink with water and stick my face in for a while. Did the beautician give any advice? I'd also be looking for a refund, and money off another treatment (if you're willing to go back there).

I did get half off the price.

I don’t want to put my head in water as my upper lashes took really well!

Heated curler?

I don't have an answer except perhaps trim them? Or go back for straightening
If they're rubbing your cornea you'll have chronic irritation and risk a corneal ulcer
