Are they any good? The stuff looks good on the website but I'm wondering about quality and returns etc.

I want some comfortable, non - Jean trousers for work!

I'd like to know as well. I see their adverts and think the trousers look nice, but quite pricey if they're crap quality.

I’ve got two pairs of trousers from there and really like them. Great for smart casual but comfortable office wear.

There have been some shocking threads on here about them in the past. Then someone from their customer services usually shows up and inadvertently makes everything worse

I had a friend who ordered from them once and swore never to again. Had to do a credit card chargeback as their returns policy contradicts your statutory rights, but even after being made aware, they weren't bothered.

I posted the same question a few months ago. I had so many replies saying their customer services are dreadful and trying to return stuff for a refund a nightmare. Then suddenly there were several replies giving them glowing reviews on everything and saying their customer services are exemplary. It was so obvious that they were posted by someone from the company that it was laughable!

As a result of what I read on my thread, I have avoided them like the plague!

I e seen the face book adverts for the Camden trousers and was tempted but then I saw several threads basically saying leave them alone.

I've had two pairs of trousers, loved the first ones but the second pair looked like cheap shiny quality so I sent them back. I didn't have any problems at all.

I have one pair. They are ok but pricey for the quality and took absolutely ages to arrive think at least two to three weeks from placing the order. I wanted plus size, navy, jersey trousers with a stretchy waist in 34 inside leg which are hard to come by.

I also ordered a similar style and returned them. I had to pay quite a lot to send them back, it took ages for them to refund me which was off putting.

Also I ordered a jacket and reviewed it but my review was never posted.

I bought some of the Finsbury trousers, they’re ok, a nice thick material, but the waistband seems cheaply made and it keeps curling as though it’s made of cardboard within. I’d expect better quality for the price (although I think they were in a sale).

I had a top and trousers. Both were fine but neither worth the money. I’d look elsewhere.

I ordered the Camden trousers and some other pair I can't remember the name of and they were not great quality, showed every lump and bump, definitely weren't worth the money. Returns were a right palarva too. Would love to know if anyone's found something similar elsewhere...

I have two Greenwich dresses. Nice but fabric not on par with price. Everything else I ordered was v poor quality - shiny, cheap feeling - and went back. I did have to chase to get the refund.
