Olaplex for curly hair

I have curly hair and home colouring (can't afford salon on regular basis) has made it dry and frizzy. Was planning to invest in some treatment to improve my hair condition. Has anyone tried olaplex no.6 bond smoother for frizzy hair? I was also planning to invest in shampoo and conditioner.
Tried philip kingsley elasticizer which helped briefly but not made a significant difference so I stopped it. Thanks!

I’d really like to know this too as not sure if Olaplex will harm curls or help them?

Since I’ve been swimming regularly I’ve lost my curls so want to do a really good deep treatment but think lots of them are damaging for us curlies.

I've used olaplex 3 and really like it

I buy hot oil by VO5. Costs just a few pounds on ebay. As good as elasticiser.

I like the curlsmith bond salvage stuff, its the same price, but the bottle is much bigger, like the #3 olaplex I'd get 3 goes out a bottle, but the curlsmith its at least 6!

Olaplex did fuck all for my curly hair and it has been an expensive mistake. I used no. 3, no. 6 and no. 7 however it’s not colour treated so may work better for you.

I do use Curlsmith products exclusively and really like them, so would agree with the pp to try their bond salve.
