I have a 6-year-old Mulberry Bayswater that I have sent back to Mulberry to be refurbished. I will admit I have used it as an everyday bag and not looked after it at all.
I have had the quote back and I am now wondering if it's worth it and if I should go for the 'buy back' and just buy a new one.
It's going to cost circa £450 for the refurbishment, which sounds like it wouldn't make it 'as new'. The buy back implies you get 25% of the cost which would be about £250. Just wondering if anyone has done this, and do they actually give you 25%?
