Sports bras. Comfy?

I've never worn one. Need something comfortable to wear around the house under nightie/pjs when adult son is around.
Also do they minimise in any way? 38j here.

Not a sports one but I like these for at home and comfy enough to sleep in

32GG. Have some 36E M&S sports bras that I wear as if they were crop tops. Adequate support, even with the slightly loose band (M&S 32 bands would never fit me) and they do minimise a bit, as they hold it all in, rather than up. Started wearing them when the latest manifestation of my hypermobility became subluxing ribs.

bravissimo does sleep bras and PJs with support.

Im 42h and cannot recommend these enough

Yeah. I think you want a bralette not a sports bra. Sports bras are designed to stop you bouncing around and are very restrictive.

I am a 30D, I would not say that a sport bra is totally comfortable, they can feel a bit tight as they are designed to hold everything in place, I don't find normal bras uncomfortable, but sports bras can get that way if I wear one for a long day (I was not going to wear a normal bra for a day at Alton Towers!).
