Skin and me referral code

Does anyone have one? I have been using Dermatica (0.05 tret and 4% niacinamide) and it’s made a big difference to my skin BUT it keeps peeling. I’m talking big chunks of skin coming off and it’s a bit embarrassing. Maybe there’s something in the product that I don’t tolerate well but in any case, I was wondering whether I should switch to Skin and me as I’ve heard that people have less of an issue with them. My skin isn’t red or irritated with Dermatica- it just constantly peels.

So, if you have a code, that would be great. I’d also be interested if anyone had had the same issue with Dermatica and made the switch?

JESSICAM5PXQ

I love skin & me and definitely recommend it!

It's cleared up my skin a lot and has made it look better. I've actually gone foundation free a few times to work which I would never have done before. The consultant contacts every so often to see how you're going, I may ask for an adjustment next time as I was using it for spots but now they've cleared up, I'd like to try to resolve one of the other skin issues.

Good luck if you decide to try it

Thank you! Just ordered some. Will see how I go and hopefully it will suit my skin better than Dermatica. Great that it works so well for you. Can I just ask - which factor 50 do you use? I use LaRoche Posay but I saw that Skin and Me recommended a different one.

I have the same ingredients in my skin & me prescription. Tretinoin often causes peeling and it often takes months to adjust, where you buy it from likely wont really make a difference though the % amount might.

You can mitigate it by using a decent moisturiser as a barrier, and moisturising after it's sunk in or simply using less (every other day for a few weeks etc until things calm down). If you've had good resultssofar I'd probably just have emailed dermatica for advice or to ask to adjust the formula.

With that said I've always found skin&me very helpful in the customer services respect and very willing to listen to any requests to change formulas etc.

Thanks. Yeah that’s probably true but will try it to see how I go. They prescribed 0.06 tret but I have emailed them now to ask them to change it to 0.04 because I don’t think a higher dose than what I’m currently using is going to be good. Will try buffering.

Hi guys. Just thought I’d update. My problem was that dermatica left my skin peeling horrendously. I switched to skin and me and it’s been great! I don’t know how or why but the formulation is different and it is much much better for my skin. Really glad I made the switch.

Great that you’ve had good results with Skin & Me. I’ve been using it for about 9 months and am really happy with it, and no peeling. The tret dose builds up really slowly so I had no redness at all and my skin can be tricky.
If anyone else would like to try it my referral code is GAILR89EN, you get your first month free and I think they then give me £10 off one of my months.
