What would you wear to office party?

Hi all! It's been a long time since I've been to a proper office party and today my company is throwing one at The Shard.
The dress code is smart casual - the people in the company dress pretty casual although you can see people also in suits. Basically you can see everything from jeans, T-shirt and trainers to people in suits.
What would you wear from these 2 outfits?

Thanks! That was my initial thought but was double guessing myself after some colleagues told me what they were wearing!

I afore the colour of the blouse but I haven't learned to love a shoulder frill yet.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. At the end I went for the trousers and blouse. It turns out my boss was wearing the same dress I was thinking of wearing so it's good that I went with MN advice.
And the photos were taking in my home office but was too busy to be changing clothes at lunch time and that was the only way I thought of presenting them
