Help starting to get the odd strand of grey hair now. Its not roots just the odd strand will be fully grey. I have naturally dark brown hair never put any colour on. Whats the best thing to do will I have to start putting a full colour on now? My hair is so frizzy I hate it anyway, will a colour make it more frizzy.

I have a 'gloss' at the hairdressers- prob a posh term for a semi-permanent tint. It lasts about 7-10 weeks depending on how frequent you wash your hair. I wash mine everyday. The hairdresser also uses a conditioning treatment (innoluxe, I think it's like olaplex). This helps with the frizz.
Other people use box treatments - go lighter than the box colour says.

Oh thanks. Not heard of a gloss. Think Id rather have the hairdresser do it if it not to expensive. Will see if mind do this. Thanks so much.
