It’s boots again! Are these a bad idea?

My dd has Zara boots and they have “track soles” so are comfy from day one.

I’ve seen they have leather ones in, and kids sizes go up to a 7.

Is there any reason why they wouldn’t work? Do kids boots have different support requirements? Do you think they look like they’re from the kids dept?

They’d be remarkably good value if they did the job! I’d love a pair of Grensons but I’m on a tight budget and live in a moderate climate so wouldn’t get the wear out of them.

They look quite high up the leg so may rub?

It with regard to children's shoes and boots - I'm a 4/5 and I wear them! Much cheaper and fit really well.

Sorry, don't know where the random 'it' came from.

Oh yes they might have really tight calves, that’s something I hadn’t thought of!

Hmmmm I hate ordering shoes online because the boxes are so bulky to do the returns…!

I agree they might rub as children's legs tend to be narrower.

Especially the Spanish children’s legs Zara designs for Hmm

But maybe kids shoes would work, rather than boots. It’s like a whole new market has opened

Wow, I didn’t realise they did kids shoes up to a 7. This is exciting news. They are surely worth a try? Send them back if they’re not right?

And if you do try them report back please!

I went in at lunch and tried them on. They’re gorgeous and fit my legs with room to spare, lovely leather and comfy sole. I have narrow ankles though and they slipped so it’s a no, but I highly recommend kids sections!!
