Thread veins either side of nose - help!

I'm very fair skinned, with freckles. Since I was 13 I have had thread veins either side of my nose which makes my nose look red. It's one of the main reasons I wear make up.

I've had 2 rounds of Thermavein, and I still have them - lots of little ones. The bastards!

Is it worth continuing? Should I give up? I'm mid 30's.

IPL sorted this out for me.

I had a kind of electrolysis thing for this. It was very painful! The veins went although I did develop new ones about ten years later.

I've had them treated but they are still there / new ones come...I dunno. :(
