Best razor?

Such a boring question, but what’s the best razor for legs and pits? Not disposable, not Gillette. Any suggestions?

FFS is very good, and the blades last a long time .

Metal safety razor with Wilkinson Sword blades.

I subscribe to Friction Free Shaving, and it is the best shave I've ever had. I get 4 blades every 2 months so change once a fortnight, you can do less often (they recommend changing weekly, that's a bit much for me). You can send blades back for recycling too.

I tried estrid recently and didn't like it. The handle was really heavy and slippy with wet hands (ie when you are in the bath/shower!) And the weird goopy blade lotion stuff gave me shaving rash.

Bizarrely advocated by good house keeping or grazia or something but not great ime.

Avoid that one!

I’ve just started using a safety razor from Lane44, it has taken a bit of getting used too but I don’t get ingrown hairs and get a smooth shave!

I like the amazon own brand one - I switched from venus embrace which was the only one that didn't annoy my skin to give the solima one as embrace was so expensive. I find it just as good (I shave legs and puts everyday)
