I have been using eucerin 5% urea moisuriser for years and it was perfect. Now it has been rebranded as handcream- no problem except the formula must have changed too as I can no longer wear make up with it.
I switched to the urea repair cream which is lovely and moisturising, but a bit greasy and leaves me with trying to balance non greasy fringe with dry eyebrows!
Help me choose something that will be effective, but absorb properly so I can wear make up and not have to dry shampoo my fringe twice a day.
