How do you get your hands on products only currently released in foreign markets?

So there's this eye cream I want but it's only currently available in Japan as far as I know (or maybe some other Asian markets more broadly but I'm not 100% sure). Anyone know how I'd go about getting my hands on it?

I live in Japan and get friends to buy/forward me stuff from other parts of the world, not very helpful for you though. Some countries also have companies where you get the product mailed to them and they forward it on.

There's loads of Japanese sites that deliver abroad, Amazon Japan is the easiest to buy from as they prepay taxes and deliver within days.

The eye cream is Shiseido second skin Tokyo89. It looks to be a superior version of MyPerfectEyes which took my eyes back to my teenage days - it did what thousands of pounds of cosmetic procedures couldn't do. This stuff looks to be miraculous. Do you know of any of these mail companies for Japan?

I think they were planning to launch it in Japan this month and it will reach other markets by the end of the year. But with Covid I don't know if that happened. Shiseido have a UK site so you might just have to keep checking. Maybe you could try a Japanese chemist? If they have an English language version to read.

Hmm, yeah, I suppose I could just wait like everyone else. But I'm having a tough time and would love a treat!

Here you go OP, they're a lovely company, have bought from them before without issue, they're very reliable. Do keep in mind that you'll be paying VAT and admin fees to the courier, import taxes on top of that if you spent over £135.
