How would you style this dress?

This is the dress, it’s wet and windy out there so wondering about ankle boots - flat and chunky or block heels? Alternatively loafers or brogues? Tights or not?

Chunky ankle boots, thick black tights, black leather jacket and a cream/brown/orange scarf. Cosy 😍

I have a lot of very similar dresses and wear mine with ankle boots and leather jackets. If the weather is slightly better I wear my converse high tops and a denim jacket.
You could try a jumper over the dress to create a different look. Or add some colour, red perhaps?
