Best way to get glitter to stick on lids without primer?

What else can I use? I have liquid concealer, I have setting spray, Vaseline… no eye lash glue either. What is going to work best please??

Concealer works the same as primer. Just use that.

I wouldn't bother without primer or glitter glue it will just fall off
