Smart black trainers for the office

Has anyone seen any nice ones? Ideally not more than £60? I figure they will be warmer than loafers and ballet flats as I can wear them with socks now the weather is getting cooler. I also do the school run before work and fed up of impractical shoes.... it seems office wear is becoming more causal. Rest of outfit will be smart and my boots don't go with everything!

I was on the same mission last weekend and got these. I was feeling very pleased with myself until i noticed on the way home that every second gentleman over the age 60 had nearly identical shoes!

But on the other hand i wear them with leggings and short short tight skirts. So there is a point of difference (so there dh!). Also they are very comfy and fit both work and dog walking.

Not helpful at all... but your search for similar reminded me. www.stadium.se/sport/outdoor/skor/297532101/reebok.w-walk-ultra-7-dmx-max.black

Also looking for smarter black trainers ideally with a black sole - they all seem to have white soles which looks too casual to me!

So far I've only found these ones www.clarks.co.uk/c/Aceley-Lace/p/26160927 which sadly weren't a great fit for me

Sezane Jack Sneakers are lovely. They’re more than £60 though

Fitflop Rally, you can sometimes find them on Amazon for cheaper

Be a bit careful though, I got some black addidas ones with black soles, and with smartish black trousers they looked very much like orthapedic shoes.

My sister got lovely black trainers from Primark!! @ £12. They look expensive and are very comfortable.

This. I thought I wanted all black but couldn’t find any I actually liked. Ended up with a pair from All Saints with a white sole. I wear them to the office. Wouldn’t wear them to see a client but I wouldn’t wear any trainers to see a client.

I feel like slip on trainers look more officey than lace up ones, maybe due to looking a bit less like trainers.

There are loads of black slip on trainers around but they mostly have white soles, The only ones I can see with black soles are here. I think they look better with white soles though.
