Work bag for laptop

I don't want to carry a handbag and a laptop bag.
Can anyone suggest a smart bag big enough to cover both work and personal stuff
I don't carry a lot in a handbag so it doesn't need to be huge but should fit biggish laptop, A4 notebook, phone etc
Leather and good quality.
Cost not an issue as planning for this to be a forever purchase.

Do your back a favour and get a leather rucksack. Amazon, Etsy or lots of more expensive brands have great choice.

I have a back pack but I move between meetings all the time and need to delve in it, so end up carrying everything in my arms and dropping it.

I don't actually walk long distances so don't really need the benefit of even weight on my back.

I've got a satchel but it does my back in. Now use a fossil leather backpack.

Depending on the laptop, I use an LB Neverfull. It’s more ubiquitous than I would like, but it works really well.

The satchels aren't quite professional enough @CaveMum , I do like the backpacks you linked to but like @xksismybestletter I don't think I'll end up using it as a backpack that often.
I like the Neverfull @RoastChicory but not for work, I need something less casual and no logos.
I'm fussy.

I think the tan, as most versatile.

The Kickstarter has busted their stretch goal of $3.5mil, set after they massively exceeded their initial goal, so production should proceed!

Radley do a good range of work bags, and you can normally pick up a good sale bargain.

Radley has a few nice bags. They don't last long though. I buy a new work bag after two years.
