Hiya, I had horrendous skin as a teenager and the spots although less of them have stayed in adult hood too. I have very oily skin which doesn't help. Tried lots of expensive creams etc but THE BEST product I have found is Carbon Theroy charcoal soap bar. It's £6 from Boots, lasts absolutely ages and my skin is so clear now. 👌👌

I use Dermatica.

Absolutely brilliant. The £20 tube lasts just over a month, I apply every night. It has made a huge difference to my skin. My formula was for spots but also fine lines. It's also removed any sort of dryness I was experiencing. Will see if I've got any sort of referral code...

I've been trying out skin and me (really impressed so far) but have just signed up to try out dermatica (I like that it is a tad cheaper). I'll report back about which one works better for me.

If anyone is considering either I have referral codes for both I'm happy to share 😊.

Skin & Me 2 months free (ex prescription fee of £3.50)
