Waterproof warm jacket

Hi, Im looking for a nice, stylish jacket that is a bit warmish but properly lined and waterproof. I really like the Aigle one but its too pricey. The Joules ones seem to be on the taller side. Im 5'3. Any recommendations?

I tried this Joules one and it wasn’t too long, I’m five foot fourish. Very good quality.
