I'm a nurse and wear tights for work lots of time walking and on my feer. I have terrible trouble with the seam rubbing between the legs and am ending up with sores.

I'm size 14-16 and 5"4 im very pear shaped Has anyone of a similar size/ shape found anything comfortable they can recommend? I keep seeing adverts for snag, but worried they will do the same as have tried Boots, M&S, Primark...

Plea

Try Snag tights- they stay up!

You've got to try snag tights. They're great fitting and comfy. You can also get some anti chaffing gel to help with rubbing in mean time

Asda do a liquid talc, it's their own baby brand stuff, it's great for anything that rubs.

Snag, definitely recommend them. I find them so comfortable I forget I'm wearing tights. I always hated tights before buying them.

Thank you everyone, I just put a next day order in for snag! Chaffing be gone!

Snag tights!

I recommend the Autograph seam free:

www.marksandspencer.com/60-denier-velvet-touch-soft-opaque-tights/p/clp60113750?color=BLACK

As the name implies, the top is like a tube, no seam at all and they come with a “proper” sized cotton gusset, so knickers optional.

Sadly as well as the 60 denier ones shown on the link, they used to come in sheer as well but they have been discontinued.

Hold ups are another alternative that work for some but not others. ‘Might be worth a go.

I pressed send too soon. Another thought, are you sizing down too much? Avoid so called “one size”, one size fits no-one!

I’ll press send again now.

Snag!!
They don't have horrible seams and they stay up. They are truly comfortable and well made.
