Thick black leggings?

AwkwardPaws27 · 28/09/2021 10:01

Winter is coming & I tend to live in leggings with oversized (bum-covering) chunky jumpers.
The problem is, all my leggings seem to have developed holes. I walk in the woods a lot, I have two cats with no sense of personal space & an adolescent spaniel...
Any suggestions for thick leggings that will stand up to my lifestyle? Ideally under £30.

Primark fluffy lined leggings. £6 a pair and very snuggly. Size up when you buy them.

I have Boden ones from about 10 years ago. Also there's a thread like this every year so you might want to do a search to find the most recent one, they are a staple!

Yeh I second the Primark fluffy ones. So cosey.

Worldgonecrazy I have a couple of pairs of those - they are quite resilient but I find them a bit like tights in appearance? I do wear them when it's extra cold but they can be a bit too warm on milder days / when walking a lot.

Sooverthemill I admit I am being a bit lazy! I saw a few threads about non-sagging, non-fading ones but I will look a bit more closely for hole/dog resistant recommendations. Boden sounds like a good option, thank you.
