Boots and trainers that are very comfortable needed!

I have wide feet, suffer regularly from plantar fasciitis and have been living in Birkenstock sandals all summer.
I now need a pair of trainers for casual and a pair of boots that I can wear with dresses and jeans that will be comfortable and won’t flare up my planter fasciitis. Any recommendations gratefully received.

gabor
ecco
both make smart shoes and also trainers. a bit pricey.

m&s footglove
clarks also have a 'comfy' range, some of which isn't too ugly.

stay away from anything memory foam.

Vionic. Proper supportive insoles. I just got some half price in the sale.

Thankyou I’ve ordered vionic.

Could you update OP on how you find the shoes when they arrive ? Just been looking at some boots on that website but some of the reviews are saying they come up small .

I know you’ve already ordered some Vionic, but in case anyone else needs a recommendation: I used to have awful plantar fasciitis, and tried Skechers (made it worse), stopped going barefoot at home (this definitely helped) and switched to Fitflop shoes and boots for everyday wear. It might be coincidence, but my plantar fasciitis has been so much better over the past year, since I started wearing Fitflops. I have their smart shoes and walking boots, both from the men’s range because I have stupid size 9 feet. In summer I wore Teva walking sandals.

Try Adidas Ozweegos. Big ugly trainers but oh so comfy

Birkenstocks now do trainers and boots, have a look on their website.

I've just brought Nike airforces and they're the comfiest things I've ever worn
