Small hoop earring for cartilage? Where to buy?

I have a piercing on the top of my ear cartilage. Had it for about 25 years, but recently - probably the way I've slept it's hurting a bit and now painful to lay on. I remember it started to infected when I first had it done and I used one of my mums small 18k gold endless hoop earrings to put in it because it was much easier to clean. I can't find a decent tiny gold hoop that's the correct thickness of what I need. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend w nice looking tiny hoop earring I could put in there that allows for me to pass the hoop entirely (or a good distance back and forth) through the hole? I still have the piercing stud in after all these years, so it's thicker than a standard earring post.

I've found these on Etsy (sorry I don't know how to do links) there's loads on there and often you are supporting a small business.
