Face powder for combination skin recommendations?

I need something to put on my T-zone to stop my face being so shiny a couple of hours after I’ve done my make-up. I want something with a Matt finish, but not cakey and that won’t sit in my pores. Any recommendations please?

I use Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder. It’s not heavy or cakey and a light dusting after applying makeup stops the shine.

I have the compact with brush version of this I see the brush version is on ebay, with a solid powder, and I liked the brush to apply with a light hand and no spillage.

Do you think it's worth a go OP?

Do you use a primer? That might help.

I've started using Glossier Wowder recently. It's not quite the miracle that some reviews suggest, but certainly better than any loose powder I've tried before. Nice matte finish (but not corpse-like), barely noticeable, doesn't seem to collect in my pores. I have combination-oily skin.
