I got a second-hand Foreo Bear which switched on and worked OK when I got it. I didn't use it for a couple of months and now the blue light comes on when charging, but nothing happens when I try to switch it on and my bluetooth doesn't recognise it as a device.
I don't have the original receipt or scratchcard with code. Online "support" is useless.
Any ideas?
