A nice top with Jeans

Is this look a bit out of date for a night out?
I have some straight leg jeans that I haven't worn yet and am thinking of wearing them for an evening out to a friend's house party.
I thought a nice top would be ok with them .
I also need help looking for a nice top 😅 anyone got any ideas .
