It has been quite a lot of years since I used permanent hair dye ( I have been covering the grey with semi-permanent but it just isn’t up to the job anymore).
I bought Garnier Colour Sensations permanent today but can’t remember if you put permanent dye on dry or wet hair?? Have read the instructions back to front and it really doesn’t tell me!
I think I used to put it on dry, but just want to check, if anyone can advise….thanks!
