Maybe a bit more superficial blush

I’ve really let myself go over past year and had a lot of crap to deal with. Much better emotional place now.

I’m staring Saturday and giving myself a 12 week makeover for Christmas. In dire need of overhauling weight/diet/exercise/hair/skin/nails.

If anyone can suggest how/what I could/should do to see amazing results by Christmas, then tips gratefully Received!

I can recommend the website & App Second Nature. It's a low carb eating plan, but it also incorporates exercise, sleep, nutrition, mindfulness etc - all different aspects of well being. I started it in May 2019, have lost 21lb, kept it off & never felt better. Like you, it's started thinking about Christmas & planning a Webinar on how to survive the festive season without snacking.

I like this idea. I have been low carbing / 800 cals / fasting and feel a great deal better. I eat loads of veg, and some fruit plus plenty of protein. Lots of water with vitamins, d and calcium plus multi B. Cut out caffeine, and artificial sweeteners, most alcohol.

I think if you work on what's going in, you will look outwardly better.

Then think about a skincare routine, trim and file nails weekly plus plenty of hand cream.

Visualise what you will look and feel like in 12 weeks.

Oh, and weights. Quick work out every morning with 2 kg hand held weights.

Some exercise you enjoy - yoga, pilates, running?
Book some beauty treatments - manicure and pedicure very good for morale, eyelash extensions just before Christmas?
Healthy eating with sugar and alcohol off the menu.
Try something new that brings you joy - singing, creative stuff, art.
Meditation
Get out in nature.
Don't be too full on with any of this, 12 weeks isn't long and you need to be lead by what you enjoy or feel a real need for to benefit.

You can completely transform your body in 12 weeks lifting weights (provided your diet is good). It makes the biggest difference to how I feel, even when I am carrying extra weight.
