Casual-ish business meeting outfits please?

Have a few meetings coming up.

My business is very casual (without giving too much away my 'uniform' is gym wear) and while these meetings I'd be fine in gym wear I'd rather look half out together but it's very much not a suit and tie industry.

The meetings will be informal restaurant/pub/coffee shop type chats.

Would love some inspiration. The meetings are for the other parties to impress me so I'll accept their business/advertise them - but I still want to look put together in a 'I didn't try to look put together' way if that makes sense. Confused

Thanks to Covid I've not had any non-zoom meetings in 2 years so would really love some tips please. Will be a bit nervous so if I can walk in feeling like I look good it'll help a lot.

I'm short (5'2) and a size 8-10 if that makes any difference. Mid 30s, mum of primary aged kids, ordinary, boring sort.

I would wear jeans (mom or straight leg for preference) with a nice blouse, and also loafers, if maybe ankle boots if you don't have loafers. It says "polished, but chilled" and won't look out of place. I'll post a blouse suggestion in a mo, I bought a lovely one today.

I find that a blazer or jacket over the top of a casual outfit makes me feel more professional and pulled together, even if underneath I'm wearing trainers & skirt, or jeans and a tee shirt.
