Brown spots, is laser the only solution?

I have quite a few small brown spots from sun damage. I'm 50's with olive skin.
In Feb 2020 I started with Dermatica and my skin has looks the best it can but these patches still annoy me.
Where on earth do I start looking please?

I was watching this thread trying to decide what to try, a pp put their photos up, I just don’t want to spend on something that doesn’t work then have to buy a different one. I’m also very indecisive at the best of times.

I have some but I don’t really mind tbh. I wear good foundation which covers the ones on my face.
