What to wear to an autumn wedding?

It's a little registry office/restaurant wedding at half term. What should I wear?
I'm 34, 5 foot 8, size 14. I carry weight under my bellybutton and on my thighs but my best bits are the rest of my legs and shoulders. Any suggestions??? I fear looking frumpy! Thanks :)
