Has anyone ordered from here? I keep seeing adverts for it on facebook but Ive never heard of it before and worry it may be a scam or the clothes are tiny!

Yeah I've used it with no issues, although it was about a year ago. I think it's a fairly well-known site. They do have own brands but generally sell known brands. I ordered one of their own brand swimsuits once and the sizing was fine. The Trustpilot reviews are variable but the bad ones seem to mainly be about couriers.

Zalando is great! It's a shop front like Asos and has a lot of the same brands as well as more unusual European brands. Massive range of price points. I buy more from there than anywhere else now. Returns are also easy and customer service are very helpful. Strongly recommended.

I'm also convinced that StitchFix have some link with Zalando. If you google the stuff they send out a lot of it is available on Zalando (for cheaper than via StitchFix...)

Yes many times, always good service.

They are great! I much prefer them to ASOS. Their range is fab and returns are really easy (in ROI anyway).

They sell Arket too, which is great for me!

I've been using it for years (live in Germany) and it's great. Really easy to use app, 100 days returns and loads of choice

I've never had any issues, they're prompt with delivery and with refunds.
I ordered a sweatshirt from them a while ago, within about a fortnight they'd reduced it. I used the chat function and asked if they'd consider refunding the (substantial) price difference as I hadn't actually worn the sweatshirt yet. They agreed, absolutely no problem, and I had the money in my account within a few days.

Use it all the time too, got some lovely fabienne chapot sandals

I've used them several times. I think they're like a more grown up version of Asos, with European brands and a wide price range.

I had a really positive experience with them a few months ago. I ordered some Levi’s jeans on promotion which turned out to be huge - they honoured the price on the smaller size although the promotion had ended. Super fast delivery and prompt return/refund.

Zalando are great, easy buying and returns. Lots of choice and variety. Lots of filters to help you search.

I’ve ordered from Zalando since about 2017. Always had a great experience with them. My db uses them now too. They have good sales too, a mix of designers, retail like New Look/DP and some unknown makes. It’s like having a shopping mall online.

Zalando is fab. Usually past seasons' branded stuff so cheaper. Great fast delivery etc.

I use them a lot. Never had any problems. Easy to return stuff too.

Wow this thread is so overwhelmingly positive it almost seems suspicious! I’m in Germany where Zalando has been around for years. I have used it loads and never had a problem.

I started using them after Brexit as there was a lot of confusion with British sites delivering to Ireland and custom charges. I've had no problems at all, any returns were processed fine and everything I bought was good quality (miles better than ASOS).

Weirdly (and not at all suspicious chloe ) I bought some zipped pocket hoodies for my DS last year and I was wracking my brain trying to rember where from.
I was clearing some old emails ......and found the order reciept .

Might buy him something new from there .
