Clarins cleanser has changed and my skin hates it!

I have always used the Clarins cottonseed cleanser and it suited my skin well. I was advised by the assistant on the counter recently that they no longer made this and that the equivalent was the 'Purifying gentle cleanser'. Since using this I have had several breakouts of spots-big painful ones!
Has anyone had the same issue? Can you recommend a cleanser very similar to the cottonseed one by Clarins?

Not with the cleanser but years ago I used their nice moisturiser in a pot and after the third pot not sure if they changed it or my skin changed but I started getting big sots that then turned into big welts, I had one bigger than a two pence piece on chin and it looked like a burn, my skin has been sensitive ever since.

I took their Double Serum, or whatever it's called, back to the counter I bought it at, as I reacted really badly to it, and they gave me my money back. No help, but could you at least get your money back?
