Long dress for black tie wedding

I need some help please. I need a long dress ideally navy or that will go with a navy wrap that I have. I'm a size 14 and 5"8 with big boobs (34F) I'm also in peri hell and need ideally lowish v at the front and back for maximum air flow - any suggestions?
